I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with air conditioning, a really nice bathroom, and amazing views, although the window was a bit draughty. The service was a bit lacking as the staff seemed inexperienced in hospitality, but the housekeeping was good. The location was convenient, close to the center of Grassmere and right next to the bus stop to Ambleside. The dining experience was enjoyable with freshly made pastries and quality ingredients. Overall, a great value for money!

Wow, this hotel is a gem! The rooms have amazing views and the spa bath was just perfect, but the shower in the en suite was outstanding. The service was top-notch, very professional and attentive. Additionally, the location couldn't be better, right in the center of Grasmere and close to the village center.
